Gather on the 4 corners with signs, to sing, chant, hand out ribbons & info, play music and enjoy good cheer. Bring your positive attitudes and determination to end the wars and build the movement to end the wars.

About 15 hardy souls braved the heat (it's in the 90's and 100's around the Bay Area) and came out to commemorate the 9th IM Day. We had a lively song fest with our guitarist Marv. Good enthusiasm from people in passing cars; everyone expressed what a good feeling event it was even though a little smaller than usual.
Sweltering heat! Still, 22 hardy souls came to vigil against the war, occupation, and attacking Iran. These 22 also discovered that our vigil site is one of the "coolest" spots in Berkeley. University serves as an unobstructed wind tunnel bring the cooling zephyrs from the Bay up to our shady site. So come join us, on cool days, on hot days, on every Third Friday and join the IM actions to say no to these illegal wars.
