Join us this Friday at Toomer's Corner-4:45pm to 5:45pm. This gathering, on the 3rd Friday of each month, will be one of many across the country that demands a stop to the war in Iraq.

Feel free to bring your own appropriate sign, or use one of ours. You can purchase posterboard across the street at J&M Bookstore at the event. It's that easy! Stand up and be heard! Hope to see you there!

As we yearn for peace, we are painfully aware that our nation waged a pre-emptive, unnecessary, illegal, immoral war on another country. Many thousands are dead, injured, suffering and fleeing, because of us.

Peace is hard work. Stand with others. Signs are available. Or make your own.

Please note the change in time (to allow artists more time for set-up) and be aware that certain street areas of downtown are closed to traffic. If you have time, stay for the Downtown Art Walk.
